Ciao, Benvenuto!

My name is Chef Parnelli, I am a homegrown British lad with a passion for Italian culture and cuisine. I was previously  a chef working  in a variety of locations including the French Alps, Italian Dolomites, the Cornish Coast and most recently, Manchester, UK.
